Shipping & Returns / Terms and Conditions

Delivery is £9.95 but FREE on all orders over £200.00 if delivery is to mainland UK.
 
Oversees and off-shore enquiries are welcome but please contact us for shipping costs. All items will be despatched within two working days of full payment being received.

Our warranty is 1 year return to factory for all faults other than misuse, accidental or malicious damage except for economy pressure mats which carry a thirty day warranty for all faults other than misuse, accidental or malicious damage. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy
We will accept returns that are in an un-used condition and have been returned to us within thirty days of delivery. If the returned items meet these criteria we will refund payments made for the returned items and we reserve the right to charge the postage and packing costs.

Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled prior to despatch we will refund in full any payments made to us including post and packing costs.

Currency
We accept payment in Pounds Sterling and Euros.  (For payment in euros please contact us for current exchage rate)
